2013 I made the resolution to lose 20 pounds. By June of 2013, I had actually gained weight. I started p90x and finished in September and lost 19 pounds. That year losing 25 pounds. 2014 I made the resolution to lose 10 pounds which I did accomplish in June when I hit my goal weight. Still at my goal weight, my resolution is to stay healthy and hope to help many people realize that there is no quick fix, it takes time, it takes some change, and it is ALL WORTH IT!
