We can include all type of criminal offences incl Corruption under its ambit..a Public Servant is defined in IPC, so his culpability can also be decided..and the punishment.. Punishment for theft ranges from Rs.100 on wards..many similar offences incl Rape.. make it stringent and the Code prescribes the process.. Executive wants to appoint Higher Judiciary.. but over 30 years has not been able to improve available legislation.. e.g.3 codes as above.. how does it think it can improve Higher Judiciary through own people..its a very dangerous trend.. and violates basic structure..of the Constitution...
