3rd Healthy Food Disaster: Most Healthy Food Bars. Energy bars, breakfast bars, and granola bars can be just a calorie bomb in a wrapper that will easily wreck your diet while still leaving you hungry for more at the same time. These small little snacks are filled with sugar, processed grains, and at best, a cheap, ineffective protein source. They can also contain, artificial colors and sweeteners as weel as high inflammatory vegetable oils. Energy bars do NOT fill you up and because they are so sweet, they may make you want to eat a second one, further destroying your diet. Be careful of crappy Energy Bars!
