Minor surgery including circumcision performed, relief goods distributed, prescriptions issued, medicines and antibiotics dispensed. The needs of Yolandas victims are overwhelming. Service delivery by the national and local govts need to be substantial, timely, persistent and impartial. The people are more grateful to foreign orgs and military units still rendering their services. Post traumatic stress disorder is a major problem receiving scant attention. Those stricken by it will impact productivity not to mention social harmony. Keep praying and helping our fellow-Filipinos who now have even much less in life than ever before.
