5th of November, Hong Kong legislator Gary Fan of the Neo - TopicsExpress

5th of November, Hong Kong legislator Gary Fan of the Neo Democrats Party put forth the Hong Kongers first priority bill in Legislature, requesting that the Special Administration government put Hong Kongers as first priority in formulating policies in immigration, education, economic developments and growth, welfare and other areas, yet Fan was opposed by the Democratic Party and Labour Party (both supposedly democratic parties), whose representatives cited discrimination and family reunions as reasons for their rejection of the bill. By Hong Kongers First, it means that Hong Kong itself must be the primary focus in any matters of consideration. The fundamental idea is that all policy making and educational matters should be centred around Hong Kong, and then on neighboring regions, establishing a political system suitable to the land, allowing Hong Kong residents to participate in and deciding on the citys politics and future, production and techno-sciences to take root there, and redefine, review and expressing Hong Kongs local cultures. The emphasis on Hong Kongers in Hong Kongers First, is about the identity of Hong Kong citizens, and having Hong Kong itself as the primary object of consideration and measure, and not seeing Hong Kong in the position as a vassal of china. The importance of emphasizing Hong Kong citizenship, is about the better knowledge of the locality, deeper familiarity with the local cultures, better understanding of the local language and people, and better knowledge of self, in order to know where our abilities and strengths are, so that we cam stand firm on the international stage. Seeing Hong Kongers First in this way, we can better appreciate that what the Democratic Party and Labour Partys talk of discrimination and family reunion has nothing to do with the idea. While democracy in Hong Kong have not yet been realized, we have this incomprehensible bunch of pan-democrats screwing over Hong Kong, one must ask that, if Hong Kongers continue to allow these imbeciles to keep running amok, what state of ruin will Hong Kong see in the not so distant future?
