8. Question: Man of God thank you for the teaching but I need help in knowing whether all of us are anointed to start our own ministries or are called to serve under someone. My second question is that I am married but the biggest problem is that my spouse does not share the same vision with me. Answer: The biggest challenge is that people do not understand ministry. Ministry is not limited to numbers it can be small but still be a ministry. We are one body but we have different functions, mucus in our bodies might seem useless but it is very vital, it blocks dust. One can also do ministry whilst in another ministry, many of the ministry workers here are on the same or better spiritual level as many Church leaders. They are under this ministry but are changing lives. On your second question everyone has their own vision but your wife should support that vision. You should not force that vision on her, you should teach her slowly and gradually she will correlate with the vision. When presented with a vision women worry more about their upkeep as well as the family. Make sure you run a project that will sustain your family and cater for their needs as you do ministry work. If your family’s needs are addressed then only can your wife buy into your vision. 9. Question: Is there a difference between son-ship and discipleship and what should one desire over the other? I have also noted with concern that most of us as Pastors we are running around in search of Spiritual Fathers, is it normal for one to have numerous Fathers? Answer: It is more desirable to have more sons than disciples but son-ship comes over a long period of time. Son-ship comes through a lot of teaching hence one tends to have more disciples than sons. In our era today the issue of mentorship has brought in a lot of confusion particularly caused by the devil to divert people from that direction? 10. Question: How do I deal with a situation whereby someone in my ministry and they seem to have a greater anointing than me, they are able to prophesy whilst I cannot. How do you deal with it when you later realize that they are getting the supposed prophecies dubiously by visiting peoples social networks to gather the information? Answer: Prophecy should bring results. It is not enough to be told your name and problem and no solution comes from that. Every prophecy should be accompanied by deliverance. Prophecy is complete only when it brings forth a testimony. Once you realize that someone wants to be greater than you release them and bless them to start their own ministry whilst there is still love.
