A Health care insurance company gave me a quote on todays price, then they said it will adjust the price when the Federal exchange is open in Texas. What kind of adjustment? I ask. response- We will set the new market price, then you will pay for any additions. I ask who is going to Regulate the Insurance if I have a problem. ( The Company said, they will handle it, the State has no regulatory athority on Fed Exchange) I said will the Fed be the regulator? No the Fed can not reguate in the States business. Ok what next, I will not purchase something for $600 a month with no recorse. Where is this crap going?
