A Lovely Lady has given me the number 16...so...here goes....the 16 facts bout me... 1/ I was born in Middlemore Hospital on Anzac day 1963 2/ Im the eldest daughter of Rosena and Clive and Barry (The most single deverstating event to happen to me was the loss of my Dad on the 27/9/2000 to a brain tumor, multi forme gliablastoma) 3/ My Paternal Father is known in NZ as Mr Banjo Clive Weir...met my Dad Barry Wilton when I was 4. Asked him Are you going to be my Daddy he did become so...adopted me...and I adore him. 4/ I was burnt on the 5/11/63 I was being babysat, in a baby walker, cord was dropped on floor, my bottle in jug, I pulled cord, boiling water scalded 3/4 of my body..only thing that saved me was plastic pants, died three times in Auckland Hospital BUT here now to tell the story. 5/ I suffered Medical Misadventure in the early 70s...Spent a great amount of time in hospital cause if it...was diagnosed with ms in 2008 just to be the same as my other half..Louise (Im known as Tracey-Maree Thelma Houia) 6/ My sister to Mum, Rosena and Dad are Rachel Mary Wilton-Jensen and my Brother is Steven Wilton... 7/ My Sister and Brother to Clive and June Yvonne Lethbridge is Lisa Anne Stewart and Mark Lethbridge. We also have another brother to Clive and Sharon (R.I.P) Cameron. 8/ My first boyfriend at a tender adolscent age whom I met through my friend Bronwyn Scott at Kedgley Intermediate was none other than my NOW Brother in Law Andrew Stewart 9/ At age 16 I was infactuated by the Poncherello off Cops look a like Mark Cole...we have stayed in touch throughout the years and Im proud to say he feels like part of the Whanau. On my 16th Birthday my bestest friend at school, Julie Brown (aka Julie Sharpe) gave me the cutest gold bell that I have still today. 10/ I went to Kedgley Intermediate School in Papatoetoe and Aorere College also in Papatoetoe...I also attended schools in Veras road Te Atatu, Pomaria Rd Primary, Mt Maunganui Primary and Intermediate. 11/ I am the Aunty to many and God Mummy to 6 (all whom I adore) 12/ I first married early in life but the best thing from that union was the relationships I am proud of today, such as my darling Louise and wife Ann Curry, our Jay Thepetnanny-Burrows, Joanne Terry, Emily Rainsford xo 13/ My first born is my adored Special son, Bradley Lance Houia who has Williams Syndrome...he is the paternal son of Vincent Tait and adopted Son of NickandFamily Houia. It was also through Vincent that I met my dearest Banger Sister, Helen Jones. 14/ Little Lisa Taylor came into my life in 1991 and I am so grateful she did. We adore her and her husband Kirk and her sons Avahn and Dallas. 15/ After years being on the Adoptive List here in NZ a miracle happened, our choosen angel Brooke Houia came into my life in 1998, forever and ever grateful to all concerned and Brooke has totally fulfilled my life with an ambundance of all that is perfect 16/ Lucky Last...Ok...Many have speculated but here it is from the horses mouth...I met my partner in Crime Nicholas Houia in 1988, we formed the duet Country Love that same year..we have been so fortunate to have won so many awards both here in NZ and in Australia incl the 1992 NZ Entertainer of the Year title. We have recorded an Ep, we fronted showcases with FM Country in NZ we lived on Norfolk Island for 9 months. we moved to Australia in 1995 and were there some 15 years in total..changed our name to En-Tranzet in 1996. Weve been a Team since 1988, even tho things are not Conventional we are still a team we are best friends, we adore ALL our Whanau and long live Hopelessly Yours xoxo
