Having a pre-planned menu (even just for dinners) means no more scratching your head come meal time, or saves you from wandering the supermarket aisles dazed and confused 5 times a week, opting for the not-so-healthy convenient option because you are about to eat your arm off. Plan your menu, shop once, save the extra temptation from the chocolate aisle and feel proud of your nourishing choices. Want success for your Fitness? --Schedule and diary in your fitness sessions, as soon as we write it down on a day planner we have committed to attending the session. You would never miss an appointment to get your hair cut - or even the less enjoyable dentist would you? Why should fitness be any different - in fact its more important.
