A clean sharp transition is even more important when a modern component is thrown into the equation. Here the contemporary Spark firebox didnt exactly flush-up to the new breast wall; some fastening devices could be observed. As Spark didnt have a coverette integrated within their design, we had one made by our local metal-smith friends. A couple of coats of Bar-B-Q spray paint, let dry, fastened into place with the integrated screw holes and we have a tight, clean fit...the way it was suppose to have looked from the very beginning.
