Our police presence is a Sheriff Deputy. We all know him, we all appreciate him and we all trust him to Protect and Serve. I have BCC our Deputy. I am writing to ask for your involvement in correcting the increasing unilateral actions of police officers, trespassing onto private property without Cause and during that excursion outside of the law, shooting dogs. I dont need to give you examples, I am sure you are overwhelmed by examples, eg Shooting a two year old Lab threw a window of a vehicle and the officer statement he felt at risk. I am asking you to tell me, what are you doing about this? You do understand that this is NOT acceptable... and I am willing to say, if this continues, there is a high probability, that a law enforcement officer will be injured or killed by the animal owner, thinking that the officer is a robber, trespasser killing his/her KID! I dont want you to blow me off! I dont want a stock press release statement. I request an answer, from the heart, from the legal upstanding officer that you are, to provide me, a personal email addressing my concerns. This is your chance to address this IMPORTANT issue. We both know that the police are under a lot of scrutiny now. This is a perfect time to make your position, thus ALL of the police agencies position know, to the people you are charged to protect and serve.
