Im done drag racing... Using Flat Foot Shifting, I missed 4th gear in my first 4 runs. Then I made a pass taking my time and figured out that I just was not used to staying WOT while shifting and then I tried again... on this pass, the car decides it doesnt like FFS and pulls some rough correction timing (.9 DAM). I reset that ECU and thought Id get well into the 7s on the next pass. I line up, I launch, the car starts spinning all 4 tires with authority and then starts pointing to the wall while I stay in it and point the wheel back down the track. To top it off, it pulled rough correction timing again, back down to .9. I was logging that run, so Ill see what the deal is... Its not knocking. Ive got enough fuel in it, mild timing, and running E85. With all that, my best pass was an 8.4 @.......... 69 mph. I missed 4th and coasted the rest of the way. One of these days, Ill learn how to drag race.
