A direct comments from owner of big boys with cool toys Alex Morgan Its easy to knock somebody when they actually dont have the overhead they dont have the staffing they dont have the rent they dont have to fluctuate with US pricing and they dont carry $1.7 million of inventory other hobby stores with EGTA or lower Ontario dont have the inventory I do or the overhead that I can Im sorry that you and other members of your seeking needy feel that I have treated you unfair or poor but I was Kevins I said I am very busy and I have family obligations as well sometimes between Store and running one of the largest hobby stores in Ontario is overwhelming I would invite you and others to come down addressees problems face-to-face and Id be happy to try and resolve these problems so that we can all get along in the RC community and in regards to Hobby Show of three years ago while I have never hired and you can call me on this anybody that was through modeling agency that was not over the age of 18 these girls were in races not revealing more than you would see at any car show For whatever reason the owner of the international Hobby Show decided not to put on his event for the last two years was probably a poor judgment call Im not inviting one of the largest hobby stores like myself to take part in it I need specific comments that if he was not impressed with the girls that were at the Hobby show that they wouldnt have to be at the next Hobby Show and he still denied the store access to that Hobby Show I feel because he did that the last year he put it on The numbers spoke for themselves a lot of people came because we did have amazing deals a year before and because of this we started and now it is the fourth year we are running the Toronto RC hobby show at our store pending weather we do offer demos outside and have deals on a lot of kits if the Arsi community is not happy yourself further individuals are not happy with our discounts by all means shop with your hard-earned money where you choose but dont knock me or my staff when you dont have the full picture or information how your disposal. Of course as a businessman I do look at the bottom line in the bottom dollar because like any business or just like your family if somebody offered you a less pain job or reduced rates in salary or even a layoff because of the economy you would do what you need to do to protect your family and in this case I protect my staff and my own family and my own business ventures as best as I can as a businessman. If you have experienced any Poor service from me or any staff I take the time now to apologize if there was any misunderstanding on any occasion you may have stepped into the store I look forward to seeing you and all of the RC hobby community supporting all hobby stores so that our hobby can still grow as a whole for fun happiness success and especially to get the younger generation off the gaming system and into our passionate hobby hands-on outdoor that is full of great and exciting technology if youd like to further discuss this I have no problems seeing you at the store in addressing any concerns you may have have a great weekend to the RC community and I look forward to seeing the community at the store and in regards to that Tuten that was damaged with water the outside box is damaged if you felt it was not a fair price that was your personal decision but I paid for it at a certain cost and that is what Im trying to get out of it very minimum as most if not all of the product was not covered under any insurance for flood damage in Ontario it was a freak accident and I guess mother nature that hit us that one day but I would definitely like to resolve any issues that you or any customer have face-to-face in person the best of my ability have a great night and thank you Kevin for the kind words on my behalf I wrote this using Siri its quite late at night I didnt feel like typing it out so I apologize to for any spelling or grammar mistakes
