A friend wrote to me this morning asking what I think of the new Kim Kardashian naked photoshoot she did... This news wasnt at the top of my radar, but I soon learned that the magazine was on a mission to break the internet, featuring Kims naked backside. People are analyzing Kims choice and character for posing like this, but I really think her choice and the magazines business strategy says more about society than anything else.. When I look at Kims picture I see a woman who told the entire world, Kiss my a$$ and pay me for it. Does she have to make these choices? No, but she is not stupid; she is a capitalist and a strategist. While the world talks about Kim and buys into her empire, society has given little North West a college fund and paid off her first Ferrari... Kim will explain to her daughter that sometimes you make the best of situations by taking the power away from the critics... and they will go on and live a fortunate life. Here is the root for the world, though: What are we teaching OUR kids by putting a naked womans butt on covers in the first place?
