A good melbac, Chianti or a Zin over the recommended Cab or Pinot are always a high on my list. an irish red with medium to low hops makes a higher mark on my list than an IPA, a good lager..... but they fall to the way side in the tastings sometimes to the hopper smokier beers.... guess I’m the demographic that enjoys C- but will break away for a big sky summer honey and then has to shop around for other lower hops craft beers
