A green drink & St. Patricks Day....a combo made in Heaven!! Put the Lime in the Coconut Drink Ingredients Tastefully Simple Piña Colada Slush Drink Mix 3 cups warm water 3 cups pineapple juice Juice of 1 lime 1¾ cups Ke Ke Beach Key Lime Cream Liqueur 10 drops green food color (optional) Directions Rinse bucket as directed. Place drink mix and water in bucket; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended. Freeze 12-14 hours. Makes 8 (8 oz.) servings. Tips and Hints Squeeze your lime in a separate, small bowl. There might be seeds and it will be easy to get rid of them that way. Rim glasses in sugar or crushed graham crackers (or both) for a fun garnish! Dip tops of serving glasses in lime juice, pineapple juice, or water. Then gently press into your mixture. Garnish with little umbrellas, limes, oranges or slices of pineapple. To create curled limes for the top of your drink (like the one pictured), cut a very thin slice, twist it and poke a toothpick through to hold. Place in freezer for about 5 minutes. The lime will freeze right away and the toothpick can be removed and placed on top of the drinks. You will want to purchase more than one bucket - trust me! Have an extra on hand. If you prefer your drinks over ice, have no fear! This one works great on the rocks, too! We almost always make kid-friendly beverages so theyre not left out. For a slushy, skip the liquor and pour mixture over crushed ice or blend with ice. For a carbonated drink, try adding a lemon-lime soda in place of liquor, or blend with ice, ice cream or yogurt and some graham crackers for a smoothie
