A parent asks our group: My 2 and a half year old was just diagnosed with SPD. He is 2 notches above in almost every category and overall is just a VERY sensitive child... If someone picks him up when he is in a meltdown he screams that they pinched him or that they hurt him. He bites himself to the point where it hurts himself. He started therapy but I have yet to be given tools to help him during melt downs... Does anyone have any advice or resources for me?
