Swordfish, grass fed beef fajitas, chicken tenders (rolled in almond flour), and a possible pizza night. Hey, Im human, too. 😜 My husband is doing a GOMAD (Gallon of milk a day) challenge. 😒 Lol, but Im sure to get him organic grass fed milk over standard grocery store milk. Why? Higher vitamin content, omegas, CLA, just a much better choice. If you have dairy, drink milk, spend the extra $1 to get a quality milk product.
