A shout out to James Banks... HUGE THANKS from all our long ears :-) I have been training properly for over a year an a half now and wanted to compete in something to put my training to the test. I believe that everyone should have some exercise in their life no matter what it is as there are countless benefits to it! I have decided to try and raise a bit of money as the fundraising helps promote physical activity whilst also helping to give something to a charity in need. I have chosen The Donkey Sanctuary as I am an animal lover and rarely see people raising money for animals. There is also a donkey sanctuary in Sutton park where I will be completing my triathlon.
