A subject that needs more discussion- organ donation. We have been advised that the death of someone close has been given a deeper meaning by the gift of her organs to others. 4 people in New Zealand received organ transplants this week, and each now has the gift of life. I talked about this yesterday with my wife and she found it disturbing at first. But later, she said she thought it wonderful that from death comes life. A subject that at first can be too confronting can become more acceptable with greater understanding. I admire the mother who made such a difficult decision for her loved daughter.
