A thought came to me today. As we have seen across Europe people have been burning the flag of Israel and proudly waving flags of terrorist organizations like Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS and not least in Sweden. Even swastikas have been seen at the demonstrations against Israel in Sweden. Hateful speeches against Jews has been heard everywhere, all over the world. What would the reactions be if I danced with my Israeli flag in the square or in a night club here in Sweden? Suicidal move or isnt it my right to express my love for Israel? Would the police come and tell me to stop because Im being provocative? If its provocative, which it shouldnt be, isnt the flags that symbolizes the terrorist organizations provocative? Isnt swastikas associated with darkness, hate, murder - isnt that provocative? Would people come and kick the shit out of me? Or are we living in a peaceful democracy and all these scenarios are just my imagination? Maybe the reactions would not be more than a few hateful comments and looks of disapproval? What do you think? If any Swedish comments, Ill reply in Swedish. Just wrote it in English in case someone on my friends list saw the status and is curious what the status is about.
