A true revolutionary is one who has organisational spirit. Organisational spirit means readiness to sacrifice personal interests, to sacrifice one’s life for the organisation. The revolutionary’s motto is “the organisation first, the individual last”. A true revolutionary does not provide conflicts and disputes (by using criticism) in order to ruin the unity of the organisation, to show off, to improve one’s position, to save face or vent hatred and seek revenge. Never use criticism as a means of personal attack. Therefore you cannot continue calling yourself a revolutionary if you continue using the social media platform to castigate your own organisation because your audience is not members of your organisation only. Your must learn that when outside organisational structures we defend both virtues and vices of the organisation we serve. That is what a disciplined cadre is all about.
