A video has emerged online showing Israeli police putting handcuffs on a Palestinian boy in the city of Hebron in the West Bank. The boy is mentally ill, but it didnt prevent the soldiers from arresting him while blindfolded. Between 500 and 700 Palestinian children are detained EVERY year by the IDF. Around 8,000 Palestinian children have been arrested and prosecuted in Israeli military courts in the last 14 years.
