A vote against cruelty, not against hunting: Most everyone agrees that trapping bears with snares and shooting them dead while they feed on planted junk food is not hunting, not sporting and undeniably cruel. On November 4th the good people of the state of Maine will have the chance to end it. Right now, Maine is the ONLY state to allow all three practices of trapping, baiting and hounding of bears with packs of dogs. The vote to end the cruelty will not stop traditional bear hunting. If you believe in this message, please share it with your friends in Maine.
