"ACADEMIC FORWARD THINKING INC." ***Currently seeking dynamic and service-oriented individuals to join their friendly and professional team and fill the following full time positions: -CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Responsibilities: - Ensure that a submitted document is within the set of guidelines. -Quality control projects have been completed by researchers to ensure that the project has met. - Provide feedback and comments on research projects as necessary. - Correct any grammatical and spelling errors the projects might have. Requirements: - Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field. - Excellent knowledge of English spelling, grammar, sentence construction and punctuation. - Ability to recognize problems with the flow, tone and layout of the piece. - Keen to details. - Familiar with the different referencing style (Harvard, Vancouver, MLA, etc.) - Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. - Can work with minimum supervision. - Amendable to graveyard and shifting schedule. RESEARCHER SUPPORT ADVISOR Responsibilities: -Communicate with professional researchers via email and telephone. -Work with the customer support team to get research projects back on time. -Other duties as assigned. Requirements: -Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. - Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral, British or American accent. - Proficient in basic computer operations. - Must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting of schedules, working on weekends, and rendering overtime. - Call Center experience is an advantage. - Must possess superior listening skills. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Responsibilities: -Interact with customers to provide information regarding the service. -Handles and resolve complaints. -Communicate with customers through telephone and/or email. Requirements: -Have atleast Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. - Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral or British accent. - Proficient in basic computer operations. - Must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting of schedule. - Call Center experience preferred. - Must possess superior listening skills. -Strong interpersonal and decision making skills. ***Walk in applicants are welcome from Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-8:00pm or you may send your CV, with your recent picture and your cover to apply at: [email protected]
