ADVICE NEEDED ASAP! We do not need any legal issues.... I have two dogs surrendered to our rescue. Surrender form signed. Person who irresponsibly allowed dogs to get pregnant now wants these two puppies she initially gave to the man (who has since surrendered to us) back. I told her she could have them back if they are neutered. She has to pay the bill for all vetting done to the dogs per my surrender form. But they DID call nearly right away after the dogs were relinquished to get them back. No what do I do??? Thoughts? Help!!! ... Also, this is the text she just sent: THIS IS YASMIN- I JUST SPOKE TO YOU ABOUT MY TWO PUPPIES THAT WERE GIVEN TO YOU BY SOMEONE WHOM HAD NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DO SO- THE DOGS WERE IN HIS CARE TO BE RETURNED TO ME NOT SENT TO A RESCUE- DO NOT DO NOT NEUTER THEM- THEY HAVE BEEN UNDER THE CARE OF A VET AND I AM GOING TO HAVE HIM CALL YOU. DO NOT NEUTER THEY ARE ONLY 8 WEEKS OLD!!!! TOO YOUNG FOR THE SURGERY AS PER THEIR VET. I NEED AN ADDRESS TO YOUR LOCATION ASAP. I WILL COME TO PICK THEM UP AS THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN YOUR HANDS TO BEGIN WITH- THEY ARE MY PUPPIES AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY WELL CARED FOR AND THIS IS INHUMANE FOR THEM AND FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.
