ADVICE NEEDED for Special Mom #psnB0038 Good morning, I was wondering if u could ask a question for us. We have a sweet little boy who was born at 25 weeks 5 days following a car accident. He has CP, hydro (fluid on the brain and has a VP shunt) epilepsy, pre verbal, severe brain delays, cognitive to possibly 3 (hes almost 7) low vision and low hearing. So my question is we are having issues with sleep.... We have tried many things and he gets cocooned in his blankets every night to calm him but usually needs to be rocked to sleep. It really starts up after a seizure for awhile and I suspect hes scared. I would like to try a weighted blanket but wanted to know of either any other ways or the success rate with them people have found. Thanks so much!
