ALBION U10S COMFORTBALY DESPATCH CELTIC Dewsbury Celtic u10s 22 Keighley Albion u10s 34 Despite a slow start Albion u10s eventually pulled clear to resist a spirited effort from a game Dewsbury Celtic side. Albion conceded from the first set when they appeared half asleep but Caleb McConvilles strong surge and a rampaging Kearn Weatherill put them ahead. Poor blindside defence allowed Celtics main player to level the scores. This spurred Albion on to re-gain the advantage with Ben McParland and McConville busting over. Albion were quick into their straps when a fantastic arcing run from Lewis Bloodworth took them clear but Celtic were quick to respond but the superb McParland again drove over and the produced a brutal tackle on the line to take a Celtic player into touch when they appeared certain to score. Despite Celtic managing a consolation effort, Albion spurned a couple of glorious opportunities at the death but were still clear winners. Awards went to McConville opposition and parents, McParland magic moment for his try saving effort and Ethan Brewster for his great surges in attack
