AM Cardio on Wednesday was awesome :) Got a 10 minute warmup in at 5.5 followed by 2 Bas Rutten Sprints ( a sprint at the max incline of 15 at a speed of 9 for 45 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between) Did the first one all out and had to hold the rail for the the second one. After that, 2 rounds of jog sprint intervals at speeds of 2,5 and 10 for 1 minute a piece. After that 4 minutes at 2 followed by a Bas Rutten sprint all out and after 3 minutes at 2 again,ran sprints for a minute each at speeds of 12, 9, 6, 3, 1, .9 and .5 :)
