AND TRINACRIA HAVE DONE IT. In their first season in the HDPSL they have sealed promotion to the first division next year with a 1-0 win over rivals East Hamilton 86. The goal was scored by man in form David Ferritto from a wonderful team play created by Daniel Di Pietro and Frank Fiorino. In a hard fought battle by both squads, Trinacria battled to come out on top for the 90 minutes with a solid, diciplined performance. Coach Martorelli was estatic with his sides performance tonight and was quoted as saying "these men battled all year and deserved this glory, to get Into the top flight was always our goal and we achieved just that". The boys still have potential to grab another two trophies this season as they are awaiting their quarter final match up against ancaster in the league cup and the league playoffs in September.
