ANIMAL ABANDONMENT: Another case of animal abandonment was reported to us today. Networker Kat found two kittens approximately 4 weeks old, abandoned in the bathroom at the beach in Edinboro. She has taken them in and is caring for them and reports that they are doing well. A huge thank you to Kat for stepping up and rescuing these helpless babies. Please remember that animal abandonment is a crime. If you witness animal abandonment, please report it!
