ANIMAL COMPLAINT (EARLIER CALL 12-21-14): 12-00 Blk of Circle Dr. Caller reports there is dogs in a fenced in area there, and they are fighting. There is 4 dogs total , and 2 dogs in the house. Caller doesnt think the owner stays there, but comes and goes. 3 of the dogs in the fence outside have the 4th dog pinned down and chew it up. Police is on scene and states it is a home for sale, and having central call it to have the owner of the dogs come to the location. Central states they had to leave a message for the owner. Police asked for AC due to the 3 dogs attacking the fourth, and that dog will need medical attention. The owner has called central and are responding. Dog owner states it is the neighbors fault not theirs. Dog owner called the neighbor who called, and they want police to contact them. Police states the dog that was being chewed on was bleeding pretty bad, and the other three dogs wouldnt stop. Owner arrived and has taken the dog to the vet. #Metamora
