ANNOUNCEMENT: So, Wizards just informed me that the release date of Night of the Hunter (the sequel to The Companions) has been moved back from March 4 to March 11. Not to worry - the book is done and printed and sitting in the warehouse, ready to go. This is a matter of marketing opportunities and coordination with the booksellers. The e-signing is rolling along: rasalvatore/esign/catalog.aspx As you can see (if you click the link), Joe has also added DemonWars: First Heroes as a choice - this is the first of the omnibus editions of The Saga of the First King series, and includes the two novels The Highwayman and The Ancient. There is no tour scheduled for this book (sigh), but there is the e-signing, and of course, you can always get any of the books signed and/or personalized at RASalvastore (the Guen-faced SHOP button on this Facebook Page). In related news, Im finishing the edit for Rise of the King, this summers sequel to Night of the Hunter, and am about to begin writing the book for next March (still unnamed). In other related news, The Education of Brother Thaddius, the novella for the DemonWars: Reformation game, is done...and was so much fun to write, Im considering turning it into a full novel in the near future. I was going to do a post about how I began writing and that first novel, Echoes of the Fourth Magic, written longhand, by candlelight, to Fleetwood Macs Tusk album...but the real world got in the way over the last couple of weeks.
