ATTENTION DRUMMERS Next full moon Drum Circle (December 5th through 7th) (Randy Brown Sent in this Photo) Three day event Drumming during the sunset in your local time zone on one or all three days--Technically a full moon lasts three days, with the middle of the three being the so called Official Full moon --this will leave more options for drummers who want to participate but have a busy schedule---and expand the days for creating world Unity and peace The Drum Circle Around the World began in December 2012 and has grown bigger every month during the full moon since then--- for world peace and unity! One Earth, One People, One Heart Drum Circle around the world When you drum (at sunset) in your local time zone you are passing the torch to the next time zone, after your dumming session for an hour the next time zone starts drumming at their sunset and so on -essentially you are following the sun and passing the drum-torch, and creating a wave of Love peace and unity, creating a Circle around the world, A Drum Circle. Sending out Love through the drumming- First create peace within your self prior to dumming and send that peace out through drumming. Here is one of many techniques to Create Love within yourself Prior to beginning your Solo or Group Drumming, a few minutes prior to drumming will work, in order to share the peace you created. however any technique will work prior to drumming. Breathe and calm yourself in whatever ways you choose. Choose something you appreciate – a person, pet, nature, etc. – and radiate the feeling of appreciation to them for about 2 minutes. This helps open the heart more and increases your effectiveness when you start sending care to the planet or to a situation in need. Now evoke the genuine feelings of compassion and care for the planet. Breathe the feelings of compassion and care going out from your heart. To help with focus, some people imagine the compassion and care flowing out the way an ocean wave flows toward a beach. Some imagine their compassion radiating as a beam of light. Others simply radiate it out with the rhythm of their breath. There are no hard and fast rules on how you do this. People are different, so find what suits you. Radiate the genuine feelings of compassion and care to the planet or to a specific area of immediate need. See yourself, along with other caretakers, participating in this process of healing and. facilitating peace. If you are busy during this time and are at work or driving, as you see the sunset say a prayer or wish to send out love to all beings without Exception!
