According to some body builders, your calves, biceps, and neck should be the same size. Goodness me! My biceps would be massive if they were the same diameter as my calves (14)! I dont want huge biceps, and if you do, try bicep curls 21s, going as heavy as you can for 21 total reps. Start with 7 from the bottom to the midway point, then 7 more from the midway point to the top, then the 7 final reps with full range of motion. Easy peasy, lemon squeezey: 21 reps done. Now repeat twice before admission to the gun show!! For balance training, use a stability disc. Education is important, but BIG BICEPS are importanter.
