I love this subject not because it is easy but you can tell to your patient that Dear Sir/Madam ! the pain you are feeling in the shoulder isnt shoulder pain actually, it is basically wrong perception of your brain, because of the following mechanisms...... Embryological Development Multi-segmental Innervation Direct Pressure and Shared Pathways between your organs and rest of the body..... and the Therapist Grows OLD exploring for signs and symptoms of referred pain and keep on questioning till it ends............. Trying to win a race of Planes with bicycle. Yet they expect us to come first. Huh !
