Admin Question: **If your child is in school OR youre a teacher, is your state part of The Common Core Grading/Learning System? Most states are so if you arent sure then you need to ask your childrens teacher or Educator. I noticed last year when my nephew was in 5th grade and was struggling more than usual. (He has ADHD and hates school but is really smart). My husband and I were helping him after school and EVERY DAY he had 2-3 hrs of homework!! No wonder he hated it and was hiding it. There was just too much. Now that my so is in Kindergarten and the school year is in full swing he is also assigned homework. I mean it takes us both an hour to finish. Is anyone else noticing this new Program???? *Southern-Mama*
