Advice please. Repost from Kimberly. Thank you for posting! My 5 year old daughters urine is extremely potent, has been since she was 2. I didnt think too much about since she seemed healthy otherwise, very picky eater but thats it. She peed her bed a while ago and made the whole house stink, I have 4 kids who have all peed the bed, but when she does it is overwhelming, so I took her to a specialist yesterday (He only flies over to our island every few months) and he looked at her urine and said she has a UTI. He asked how her appetite was and I said not great and that confirmed it for him. We will get the results back either Friday or Monday, but I cant imagine her having a UTI for 3 years with no other symptoms, no pain when she urinates, no fever etc... He wants her to start on antibiotics. So I have 2 questions, does it seem correct that she could have a UTI for 3 years? And, what are the best natural remedies to cure a UTI? THANK YOU!!! I also wanted to ad that I have taken her to a pedia before about this issue,nand he said she just needed to drink more water, didnt check her urine, because he didnt think much of it.
