Guest: Call to Order & Presiding Officer: Arland Eastwood Announcements/Upcoming Events: 1) Arland attended a session to recruit new members and had flyers available that can be posted. 2) Mike Arensberg announced upcoming contests. The Club contest is September 11. Darrel Bishop will be the humorous speech chair. Upcoming Area Contests will be September 18-20. All contests will be at the Spirit Training Facility in Room E216.
