After Frank died, a reporter asked state Sen. John McCoy, D-Tulalip, a member of the Tulalip Tribes, who would pick up where Frank left off. McCoy’s response: “All of us.” Thank you for showing is all how to be a true friend to the salmon people, how to interpret the meaning of the treaties and how to create sustainable and meaningful positive change with a revolutionary spirit. Im charged now more than ever before to ensure our traditional foods (our treaty foods) are here for my grandchildrens childrens children.
