After owning, showing and breeding whippets I never thought I could be so infatuated and in love with any other breed! Well I was wrong! Having only had salukis for a few weeks but having admired them for years prior and studying and reading all I can on them I can safely say they have me hooked!! I will always have my whippets of course but I will never be without a saluki or 2 or more lol😍❤️ I think it also helps Ive been lucky enough to find an honest breeder whos research into the breed and lines and also her dogs have the most outgoing temperaments! And not to mention one of the few nice people we rarely find in the dog show world!
