For reconciliation to take place, all in the perseverance of your economic survival, you will have to look to persons who are prepared to establish and maintain good working relationships with FN. This is what a paradigm shift looks like and you can choose to respond with cognitive dissonance or you can choose to socially evolve but remember you are also responsible for your decisions and the blame laying game is over.
