All Team Talita members See Mondays National as below..... The Supreme court on Friday set 16 dec 2014 for a full review of the Enga Regional election dispute. Justice Kasman sitting as a oneman bench confirmed 3 judges will be appointed by the chief justice to hear the supreme court review by petitioner Sandy Talita. Lawyers for both Mr Talita and Peter Ipatas have filed and served submissions already and all agreed they were ready to proceed come the 16 Dec 2014, Mr Talita outside the court house said the matter is taking momentum and that the heart and soul of Enga was looking forward to the showpiece. The review will determine if mr Talitas petition which was dismissed by the national court in Mt Hagen in 2013 was legal or not: If the supreme court reinstates the petition the case will go for trial in the national court to determine if Ipatas win was Legal. Mr.Talita is Represented by Ian Molloy QC and Ipatas by Paul Mawa. TT
