All departments of pakistan are runned and comanded by highly qualified ,css passed officers known as beaurocrates..with our taxes they enjoy lavish homes,,unlimited fuel,foreign trips,telephones,cars etc.millions of funds are under their signatures.these pple are the cream of nation.they are the structure of the nation..but unfortunately due to their negligency all pakistan is suffering.these chief secretories,secrotries,dco,dpo,ac,etc etc hav spoiled all the system..they are worst than politicians, politicians are elected for five years only...but these beaurocrtes serve for 35-40 years....what these highly qualifief pple have done for this nation...pia,police,costumes,dmg,foreign offices,wapda,pta,income tax,fbr,railway,pakistan post,forest departmnt,wildlife departmnt,health departmnt,education drpartmnt,sui gas, petrolieum,ogra,cda,pemra,nab,port and shipping,etc etc..every departmnt is headed by these csp beaurocrates so called honest officers...what they hav delievered to this nation?think abt it.
