All that blah blah blah for a simple point: there is no reason that any officer in any situation should fire 17 bullets on a citizen. Not only did he shoot, he RELOADED THE CLIP after 9 shots and continued shooting. No human takes 17 shots to take down, and even if the first 9 shots had missed that is nothing but an indication of how incompetent and poorly trained the officer is. And if his aptitude or training in simple aim and accuracy was negligible, what can we assume about other parts of his training? People arent smart enough to ask even the most inoffensive and rational questions because they automatically assume that black=guilty. If he was black, he must have done something wrong, and that is the mindset of America at large.
