One of my FAVORITE warm ups for handstands, Pincha and PushUps. Also if you have tight shoulders or neck pain;) Show here done in assisted handstand and plank. Small motion, keep the elbows from bending... Day 2, wrist stretches. Important for ALL of us! If you are texting, on a computer or walking/standing on your hands daily, do not neglect your wrist stretches!!! You girls ROCK! So impressed by how youve advanced in just a year of practice! And, your challenges are very well planned with excellent information to help people excel in their practices! Cheers to you beauties!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
