Am I the only one who feels this way when it comes to buying shoes for a child, knowing they will only last a few months. 1. Why are they so darn expensive? 2. Thinking to myself.. They better make him run super fast and do all sorts of magical tricks or something. 3. I even tried to convince him that the black and white basic shoe is not so bad.. he says mom really! thats for mini kicker kids. now thats funny. 4. Ok so I buy the cleats, its a constant reminder of what our parents tell us as kids. You just wait until you have kids, money doesnt grow on trees, I could make you one better than that, those shoes better make you run super fast now. Whats funny is that I actually believed I was faster with the new shoes. Lets see how he responds when the shoes arrive.
