Am an accounting student so am very firm on fair presentation i.e. am delighted the embezzlement of funds was discovered, despite the convenient timing of disclosure. The only bad thing about being an objective voter (not politically affiliated) you get to think more about your schools credibility and how your degree will be seen after all this is said and done. NMMU has been in the news for all the wrong reasons lately, and I understand that it is a PBO. Am just not sure I like this public airing of our dirty laundry, like it or not this money saga implicates not only those students mentioned in the report. Seriously people, we have the NMMU Communique please use that. Every student who is an eligible voter can use that system so it can still be a campaign. #SASCO_members_abused_school_money as expected but for our schools credibility it couldve been kept out of social networks.
