Am put to think Uganda has two official languages look at this. Article 6 of the 1995 Constitution: Official language. 1. The official language of Uganda is English 2. Swahilli shall me used as the 2nd other official language in Uganda in such circumstances as parliament maze by law prescribe. 3. Subjected to this article, any other language may be used as a medium of instruction in schools or other educational institutions or legislative, administrative or judicial purposes as parliament may by law prescribe. Ok my understanding is this, the constitution is to broad esp. on the 3 para. Any language can be used as a means of instruction. A reason why my sisters and brothers in UPE skuls do fail or pass with average marks. Hah! Luganda being a national language excuse, then let me advocate for Lutooro since it is so lyrical and nice to listen to or Losoga since i just love how their greetings are unending... Or i go for luchiga, i love their since of aggression even in speech. The list is endless #freedom of expression
