America was attacked by a CHRISTIAN terrorist. Only Muslim terrorists get the media attention? God forbid we take a look at ourselves. A friend told me recently that she was afraid that Muslims were infiltrating America and would kill her for being Christian.She asked me if a gun toting Muslim approached me, in the U.S., and asked me if I was a Christian, would I be afraid he would shoot me? My response was that the chances of that happening were practically nil, but if I were a Muslim and a gun toting Christian approached me, I would be saying my prayers. The Christian right is constantly putting forth false fear propaganda accusing the Muslim minority of infiltrating America and trying to eradicate Christianity, whilst the reality is that they are condemning peaceable people. Many American Muslims have been attacked by Christian extremists.There are more Christian terrorists and white Supremacists living here in the U.S. and fundamental, right wing Christians are perpetrating these untruths and creating fear of people of different faiths or condemning to hell non-believers, gays, unmarried women etc. They are giving Christianity a bad name because just like Muslims, not all Christians are terrorists. Statistics dont lie. I know I may be condemned for speaking these truths. I may be un-friended by some. I go in peace. So be it.
